Iridescent
I’ve been searching for heavy blast beat infused instrumental music for a while now, so really glad I found out about the genre of blackgaze that merges post-metal, shoegaze and black metal together. And without overtly satanic symbolism as well.
Apparently Deafheaven, that I had as a Jam back in 2014 (Dream House), is listed as another blackgaze band but I’m not sure I agree on that.
Mountainscape is a trio from Reading, England that describe themselves like this:
We play instrumental post-metal. Blending elements of post-rock, black metal, doom, sludge and ambient in a filmscore inspired way.
